Return And Refund Policy

Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and your happiness is our top priority. Each bundle has been checked by our quality control department to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team immediately at customer service at sales@xtensionsofme.com

Our Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened and unused hair products (for wigs, you can't cut the lace in front). Within the first 7 days after you receive hair placement, please e-mail customer care and one of our customer service representatives will assist with the issue. The hygienic nature of all hair products available at our website dictates our Returns Policy: if the products are to be exchanged or refunded they will only be exchanged or refunded for unopened original packaged products. We cannot accept any wigs /hair pieces / extensions / buns / fringes that have been opened, tried on and / or exposed to handling and worn and is visibly damaged due to handling.  Requests for product exchange must be made within 10 working days. Xtensions Of Me wigs will not be held responsible for any out of pocket expenses due to faulty goods, e.g. removal or re-application costs. 

Refund

RETURNS are only accepted if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return. If the item is received in a tangled condition certain amount will be charged. If the item is returned without its paper head, tag, netting or if the bag has been torn a refund will not be issued. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it´s packed up properly and can´t get damaged on the way.

Cancellation Policy

All ORDER cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from being placed, otherwise an order cancellation charge will be applied. To request an order cancellation, contact us during business hours. Your order must be confirmed by Customer Service that it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Orders already shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled and will fall under the returns for refund policy. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Shipping And Tracking

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At the moment, orders for hair which in stock are running on a 2-3 business day processing/production time. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days). Once your order is ready you will receive an email notification that it is ready to be shipped.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

3. Will you provide a tracking number after shipping?
Yes, once your order is ready you will receive an email notification with shipping info as well as a tracking number. You can track the shipping status with the tracking number.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, customs, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping time. TRACKING
a. Once your order goes through, you will receive an email with your order confirmation within 24 hours.
b. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a second email containing tracking information.
c. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive tracking information.
